America's fixation with bacon continues, and this time we combine it with cheese and lattice work.
The recipe is pretty simple - weave a bunch of strips of bacon into a lattice pattern, place in a cast iron pan, and cook at 400 degrees until your desired level of crispness. Remove from the oven, fill it with cheese, and while still toasty, roll it up, then slice it into slabs of gooey pork goodness. This is so impossibly foul that it just has to be delicious.
