I've Never Quite Gotten......

So, last Thursday, at my school, we had a bullying assembly from 8:52-10:11 in the morning. They were telling us about how to stop bullies, and this whole time I'm thinking, "Okay, so, I know there are bullies in this room. So, why tell them how to stop them? I mean, that will just help them make up new ideas to torment the victims with, right?" I really don't know.
