Since she is a member of Congress after all, shouldn't it be mandatory that she understands how the legislative branch of government works?
It is not within our power as members of Congress, it’s not within the enumerated powers of the Constitution, for us to design and create a national takeover of health care. Nor is it within our ability to be able to delegate that responsibility to the executive.
Is there not a copy of the Constitution laying around the Capitol building for her to reference from time to time?
I guess the whole Medicare thing has escaped everyone's attention since it was passed by Congress and signed into law in the summer of 1965.

Give her a break, she's still working on the Macherena (I'm still working on spelling it).
