Joe the Plumber, Intellectual Punching Bag

The Huffington Post has an article up regarding intellectual punching bag Joe the Plumber and the Pennsylvania beat-down he's enduring as he travels from city to city, speaking nonsensically about the Employee Free Choice Act.

Why are we still covering this guy?

Union members and progressive media gadflys are taking great delight in catching Joe unprepared to debate the proposal on merit, jabbing and counter-punching until he admits that he hasn't actually read the Act, and besides, let it go, brother, I never said I was an expert.

Hey, everyone. We get it. He's a shill.

Please devote your scant resources and ample passions in a direction that is actually useful, like questioning major corporations and financial institutions about their efforts to block the Act and impede unionization in general. Those are the organizations with the power, and that's where this battle will ultimately be won or lost.

Until you do this, you're no better than Joe the Plumber. And we all know you want to be better than Joe the Plumber.
