Penguin Receives Knighthood

Nils Olav has had many honors in his time. As Colonel-in-Chief of the Norwegian army (you didn't know Norway had an army?), Nils sports an array of medals and ribbons on his chest.

So it was this week as Nils stood at attention and was knighted in front of thirty members of the Norwegian Guard at the Edinburgh Zoo. Speeches were speeched, music was played, and there was a message from King Harald V. There appears to be much excitement about the promotion.
