An Iowa man is in hot water, and his friend's dog is in therapy, after he attempted to neuter the poor animal using a razor blade. No pain medication was used during the procedure, which leads me to raise the following question. If this canine was allowing his nuts to be cut off with a razor blade without benefit of meds, why is it that my dog snaps at me when I'm trying to change his water while he's eating breakfast?
The article does happen to mention that the now-celibate pooch is named Pooper.
