Britian's Oldest Bouncer Retires at 90

Since I'm rapidly approaching the half-century mark, I enjoy tales of those who are, ahem, more experienced that me still leading active, vigorous lives. I'd say this fine gentleman qualifies.

Bob Dudley, 90, is hanging up his bouncer's vest and steely gaze after 25 years at his post at the Irchester Working Men's Club. Bob, who fought in WWII and was captured during the disastrous Dunkirk operation, spent 5 years in a German POW camp. After his release at war end, he worked in factories until his retirement, and decided to become a bouncer to stay sharp. From what I can tell, no one would argue when Bob told them to call it a night.

Enjoy your rest, Bob. You deserve it.
