If We Told You, We'd Have To Kill You

There have been approximately 15,863 instances of pure lunacy since the world went security-bonkers in the aftermath of the World Trade Center terrorism event.

I thought police in Boston had one of the more ridiculous examples when they called out the troops in response to a practical joke a few years back. Who knew that a Lite-Brite could cause such panic?

British constables appear to be vying for the ass-clown crown, though, in their zeal to use the threat of terrorism as an excuse to kill photography in public places.

Bobbies are warning people not to take pictures of "sensitive" locations, but at the same time, they refuse to tell anyone which locations are indeed "sensitive", the justification being that they can't tell you because it's "sensitive."

I suppose if you don't allow people to photograph, and you block out Google Maps, we'll never have another terrorism incident, because there's no way for fringe groups to walk down the street and gather raw intelligence the old-fashioned way.

By looking.
