Rather than debating the merits of customer comments posted on Yelp, the shop has taken a sampling of 1-star reviews and slapped them on t-shirts that employees wear at work. Brilliant.
Not only does it show that the feedback is being received, but it's a hip way to connect with your customer base while understanding that you can't please everyone.
