Pizza Boss

Where was this thing back when I was eating pizza all of the time?

The Pizza Boss is a manually-operated cutter designed to resemble that circular saw you've had hanging over your workbench, unused, for the last five year.

Alton Brown always advises against kitchen gadgets that are not multi-taskers, but I think he left out the cute factor in his consideration algorithm.

Walk the Walk, Pizza Style

We've all heard the adage, "The customer is always right," although if you've ever held a position in which you've dealt with the public, you understand just how difficult it can be to live up to the mantra.

At San Francisco's Pizzeria Delfina, they have a unique approach in how they respond to customer feedback.

Rather than debating the merits of customer comments posted on Yelp, the shop has taken a sampling of 1-star reviews and slapped them on t-shirts that employees wear at work. Brilliant.

Not only does it show that the feedback is being received, but it's a hip way to connect with your customer base while understanding that you can't please everyone.

Consider the t-shirt in the picture. Pizzeria Delfina does more than simply talk the talk.
