We've all heard the adage, "The customer is always right," although if you've ever held a position in which you've dealt with the public, you understand just how difficult it can be to live up to the mantra. At San Francisco's Pizzeria Delfina, they have a unique approach in how they respond to customer feedback.
Rather than debating the merits of customer comments posted on Yelp, the shop has taken a sampling of 1-star reviews and slapped them on t-shirts that employees wear at work. Brilliant.
Not only does it show that the feedback is being received, but it's a hip way to connect with your customer base while understanding that you can't please everyone.
