Thinking Too Hard Makes You Fat

I now know why I'm tubby. It's not that I eat in times of stress. It's not because Lisa and I make wonderful meals and my helping sizes are too large. And it's certainly not due to me getting away from walking a couple of times a week.

I think too hard. Don't laugh - it's true. I have a condition.

A Canadian study proves that the stress of intellectual work causes chemical fluctuations, and since glucose is the only fuel used by the brain (and most people use quite a bit of it during periods of heavy thinking), overeating is simply an attempt to restore the glucose balance.

Whew, that was tough. Pass the chips.
