I have found myself watching a lot of curling during the 2010 Winter Olympics. It is a neat sport. I think what amazes me the most is how the sweepers are able to refrain from making contact with any of the stones on the ice sheet that have already been delivered.
The whole concept is sort of Greek to me, pun intended. When Stephen Colbert spent some time with the curling team pre-Olympics, it was apparent how precise and intricate the curling process is.
Prior to that, I don't think I'd seen a demonstration of the steps and how they fit together.
