Pull My iFinger

Apple has turned the other cheek and told an app developer to bugger off with his Pull My Finger application for the iPhone.

The saucy fruit company rejected the app from the iTunes store due to its "limited utility" in the iPhone and iPod Touch communities.
Seems like a bit of selective censorship here.

There are other apps that don't seem to have much value either, like Koi Pond. I've also written previously about the I Am Rich application that got pulled by Apple after a handful of users paid $999 for it.

Whatever happened to the market economy? I'm surprised the Republican party isn't all over this. How is a small businessman supposed to get a break if he can't use a fart generator as a toe-hold to more respectable products?
