For all you Windows folks, it's that time of the month again.
Microsoft released their monthly security bulletin, with four updates to patch at least 8 holes in their various products.
I'd say the most urgent of the group addresses five vulnerabilities in the Windows Graphic Device Interface (GDI) that renders certain types of images. Bad guys could compromise your Windows PC just by having you visit a malicious or hacked website with Internet Explorer.
Don't dork around on this one. The last time a GDI vulnerability went public, exploits were noted in the wild within 2 days. I'd expect more of the same this time. And stop using Internet Explorer, for crying out loud. Are you dumb or something, Billy?
