Potential first dude Todd Palin has jumped on the GOP ignore-the-law bandwagon, and is now refusing to honor a subpeona to testify in Alaska in the Troopergate matter.
The Todd, who has no claim of executive privilege since he doesn't officially work for his wife's administration, now believes the inquiry is not legitmate and highly partisan, even though the commission in charge of investigating is bipartisan and the subpeonas were approved by both the Republicans and the Democrats involved.
It sure must be nice to live in a world where we get to pick and choose which investigations we'll cooperate with, ignore lawful subpeonas at will, and have free high powered lawyers provided by the GOP help you stall this thing out until after the election. What a country.
